I must admit, my son himself had not played that.

I just opened the television before 5pm and there it was, almost the closing statements of GMA, president of my beloved Philippines. Funny but during that, the heavy rains predicted by PAG-ASA fell down? An applause? Really, I am not kidding! Well, there is a supposed typhoon but the rains and winds are sort of intermittent.
Food sufficiency, self-reliant, less energy dependence. Commercial rice at P32/kilo! Those were few of the pointers that I could remember. I was just talking with my sister over the phone yesterday and she said that the rice they are eating is P44/kilo. That is when you would like to have a more decent meal, right? I have nothing against NFA rice but our tongue palates deserve more than that, I guess.
Madame Arroyo also mentioned about government rulers and watchers at the power losses?
So the Batasan area, my route going home is jam packed with protesters right now. There is a counter flow being implemented at the south lane and so far they said that the traffic is manageable. Good thing, I do not have to go to the office today.
Hmn…while writing this, I heard/watched Pilipinas Kong Mahal song played on TV. I was touched and literally had goose bumps. I am not that patriotic but I love my country. Well, it turned out that what was shown is an AD of Department of Energy and Natural Resources.

Storm, it is!
Seemed very timing that there is a typhoon here in the Philippines by the name of Igme. It started last Sunday as I was awaken by the big drops of the rain. The windows that were left opened are being played by the winds. Come nighttime, I heard thunders…
Classes in elementary and high school suspended today…
On another story, which is still somehow related, one of the subscribers of an internet company complained and demanding for her PC replacement. She said that there was no anti lightning device installed thus their PC was damaged when a lightning hit the 30 ft mast antenna. It happened that she was using the PC that time. What do you think? Is the internet provider responsible for that?

When something bad happens to me, I think what I have done wrong. Have I offended anyone or do I deserve all the punishment? That is what my friend is also feeling right now.
My friend’s blog is now on PR0 and it ruined his day. Shallow? Well, he just received an e-mail from an advertiser and it said there that his blog is still for final review until it will be finally accepted. What will happen now? I am praying that they will still consider it.
OMG!
He is now rationalizing what went wrong. Too much paid posts? No more content? Headmits that he did not have the luxury of time to write more the past few days.
Well, my advise? Create more blogs, I guess and once it has a PR again, find out for it to stay that way.

It is my first entry for HoT meme for this blog!
Well, my heart is still pounding. I cannot wait until 330PM when my son’s teacher dismisses the class. I will not really let go of this matter sitting down.
I have to stand by my son all the way. I am not being a stage mother. I just want to monitor his progress in school and it is my right to question the way things are being executed inside the classroom. I have nothing against the teachers though. I just want to make sure that my son is getting what we are paying for.

As I looked at the test paper of my son, I got mad because he scored zero for this part. I really contest that he does not know the colors. He does not know how to read yet but surely he can tell what those colors are. It is the teacher’s responsibility to ask him and guide him to encircle the word that says the color, right? Good thing it is still my rest day. I will definitely go to his school and dispute this. As I have said in my previous posts, I do not aim for honors but he should be given the grade that he deserves.

I have been wanting to change my template. I really like Sasha’s template and found out that I can get a similar one for free! So, there it is! What do you think? Is it more pleasant to the eyes? I changed it this early because as long as I go full blast with this blog, meaning added many widgets, that would mean more time to make it again! Actually, it took me more than two hours before finally deciding on this one. Preview, preview then going back and finally saving this one. The downside? I was not able to do my regular Entrecard drops. I might just return the visits of those who are in my drop inbox. Got to go!
Rest day or day off?

It is my day off! Well, they term it today as rest days instead of day offs… Anyways, my son and I will be alone inside the house for a few hours. My husband attended the wedding of his niece. I have to fetch my son in about five minutes. We do not have a car so I have to get a tricycle as our service to and from his school.
My son does not really want me to be the one to attend to his schooling. He hates seeing me talking to his teacher. He is maybe thinking that the teacher will tell me all his craziness inside the classroom. His teacher is all praises to him, though. Besides his writing that needs more practice, he is just doing okay. I am not really into my son to be an honor student. All I want is for him to learn how to read and write for his own good. A medal is just a plus. I will always be proud of him no matter how little or big his accomplishments are.
I am back…My son is here now. The fare was P50. Imagine that! Good thing, we have a motorcycle. The sales of motorcycles are also increasing together with bicycles. Full tank only costs around P200 and that will be good for one week. If only I am brave enough, I am considering of using that going to the office. Safety wise though, that is not advisable.
