Storm, it is!
Seemed very timing that there is a typhoon here in the Philippines by the name of Igme. It started last Sunday as I was awaken by the big drops of the rain. The windows that were left opened are being played by the winds. Come nighttime, I heard thunders…
Classes in elementary and high school suspended today…
On another story, which is still somehow related, one of the subscribers of an internet company complained and demanding for her PC replacement. She said that there was no anti lightning device installed thus their PC was damaged when a lightning hit the 30 ft mast antenna. It happened that she was using the PC that time. What do you think? Is the internet provider responsible for that?
Happy Manic Monday to all!

Typhoons there hurricane season here. As to the damaged PC, what was she doing on her computer in a storm and no surge protector.
Hello from the land of hurricane season (Florida, USA). No, I do not think the internet provider is responsible. I think if a person wants to lightening-proof their house, they are welcome to do so!

No, I don’t believe the ISP is responsible for her using the computer in a storm!
Thanks for participating in Manic Monday!
cheers,

I didn’t realize it was storming out your way. I have some friends that recently moved to Manila. One of them has been in the hospital with dengue…
As for the moron using her pc in the storm…it’s called personal accountability. Geez!
