    I’ve always wondered if those on top have to pay or do they just jump on for free? I’ve seen this in quite a few different places.

    I once saw a bus in Cairo that was so overloaded that it was listed to the side and gasoline was pouring out of the (uncapped!) gas tank! Needless to say I didn’t take the bus.
