All I can remember are all those clubs during my elementary days. I was a member of Math Club, Science Club, Filipino Club, Reading Club… name it. I was also part of the rondalla and the chorale too! I could say that I enjoyed all those clubs meeting friends and becoming more popular. It was sort of a pressure for me when I was in elementary because I had to follow the footsteps of my cousins who were known to be smart students. They were on top of their classes. I was just fourth so I had to join those clubs to at least make up for it.

I was a member of the “library club” which meant that we worked in the library on our free period. I was also voted the club sweetheart during home coming.
What an accomplishment, hmmm?
My MM is up here.
where did you grow up? we didn’t have clubs in elementary school in rural PA
what is the rondalla club?
also interesting that as a young child you felt that pressure because of your cousins. i wonder what kids today feel as far as pressure goes!
Wow, it sounds like you have a lot of clubs in your history… hmmm… maybe a History Club? hahaha.
