In less than 48 hours, we would be welcoming a New Year! It would be 2009. Time really runs fast. Sometimes, I could not cope up with all the running. I gasped for air and I had to stop… however, time continued to tick and no stopping. Yes, I was left behind in many occasions. That is why, we need someone to hold our hand and run with us or better yet just take a ride or be totally lifted up.
Did you shine this year? Do you think you would win a medal at the finish line? As of me? I think I finished the race or would touch that line. No victories? Well, having survived 2008 is enough, I guess.
I certainly hope and pray for a better year. Let the pains and the bruises and all those stops during 2008 be a lesson and an inspiration. All can start anew.
