I worked in a construction company and I saw how tedious it was to build a home. That is why, I am impressed about Modular Homes. I think that it is the fastest way to have your dream house. I am now in a totally different field that is why I really got curious about this way of building a house. I searched over at modulardirect.com and found out on how these homes are being done. I think it is a great alternative for the usual construction process. It is more environment friendly too. As far as I read, once the “modules” are finished, it would be delivered on your place/lot for the set up. There would be some painting job to be done, then it is ready for occupancy! Imagine a jigsaw puzzle, it is somehow like that. I asked my husband if it is durable or could stand the rain or wind and heat of the sun or even typhoon maybe, and he said that the materials being used for modular homes are of high quality and could stand all those that I mentioned.
