I was happy to see my niece and nephews again yesterday. I should have visited them sooner because the service I was riding always pass by their area. That was when I was still working in Makati. I am glad that on the last day, finally, I was able to pay them a visit. Yeah, I needed something that was why I exerted some effort. I got the N70 USB cable. We thought that we would not have electric supply again last night. With the use of my 3G phone and Smart’s GPRS connection, I could still do my blogging stuff.
I saw my nephew washing the dishes outside. Yeah, I do not know if you could picture it but they are living in a compound and there is a laundry area outside. Their kitchen sink is somehow busted(?), meaning no water supply and the sink itself has to be replaced. My nephew who happened to be my grandson is already 14 years old. How time flew, huh! I was just holding him in my arms in the hospital’s pediatric ward that long ago! Now, he stands almost 6 feet tall and a responsible oldest brother to his three siblings.
My eldest niece was so happy to see me and went out to buy soft drinks for me. The youngest nephew was quite shy and just saw me by the stairs. My other niece was already asleep as it was around 9PM already. Well, early to be, early to rise? My sister was not yet there and it was only my brother-in-law who attended to me. When I got home, I received a text message from my sister at around 10PM so we just conversed over the phone.
I really felt good yesterday. I love my family. I hope we could see each other more often.
