First, the meaning of P.A.- performance appraisal. Some of the papers had been read though each one of us already knew what to expect? I was happy going home that day and during my one hour ride, I did some back tracking of my performance last year. My absenteeism gave me a whooping 75% in attendance which comprised 15% of the 70% of our grade. Hey, anybody there who knows Math? 
Anyways, I am contented with what I got. I know what to do now? I have to go to the office even when I am sick or else, I would get a lower increase again. 
The accuracy rating, I accept it. I do not have any objection on that.
Anyways, I am really satisfied with how it was presented to me. It was the most objective PA that I have ever had. I have some things in mind though that I would like to suggest. This time, I will not keep my mouth shut. Okay, I have to work on that in a while or on the second thought, I guess, I just have to do better and do my own thing. After all, it is only me who would be directly affected in the end.
