Another person came to our company and already as a member of the top management. I wonder where she and the other new faces in our company came from. I could say that they deserve the position they are holding right now as I read through their background. Yes, they are being introduced through a company wide e-mail and all their accomplishments are listed there. One would always be full of experience and already came from even a higher position from the previous organizations they worked for. Tenure is really no compare with skills, experience and expertise and not to forget a well decorated career. How to get them?
