Strong steel buildings stand on that part of the city. Everybody is amazed by this new development. It is the sign of progression which is good. It only means that despite the economic crisis, there is still hope. Actually, one economist advised in one of the TV shows that one of the contributing factors for the crisis is that people became afraid to invest. That should not be the case because it would only worsen the situation.
