Do you delete messages that you do not like? Or, just like in showbiz, you just publish it since good or bad publicity is still publicity? I am talking about legit comments and not the SPAM ones or there is not much difference when someone does not have anything good to say?
When I was just starting as a blogger, I do not like comment moderation. It pains me writing my e-mail address and I am having a hard time reading and writing those word captchas. That is why, in all of my blogspot blogs before, everyone and anyone could leave their comments.
It is different for wordpress, though.
Now, I could appreciate comment moderation. There was a comment that I deleted a while ago because it was really offending. It questioned the power of prayer. We in the Philippines all know that there is a 40 hour vigil mass going on for the former president of the Philippines, Cory Aquino. Who are we to question the power of the unseen? That is why there are the so called, miracles, right? Praying for the sick does not really mean that we are detaching ourselves from certain possibilities but definitely, praying would do some good. It could not be always that the person would eventually get well and become the healthy person that she used to be but at least the pain would be lessened or there would be no pain at all.
In times of crisis, we do not have anyone to hold on to but THE ONE UP THERE.
HE sees everything. HE IS POWERFUL. HE COULD DO MIRACLES.
