When my husband asked for my permission for him to buy a motorcycle, I told him that he must get an accident insurance first. Not that I am being morbid but I guess, it is just the right thing to do. What if something happens? Even if we have hospitalization benefits, having additional sources would really help in those cases that you do not expect. Moreover, having disability insurance would make you continue with your life having no work until such time that you would be well again and be able to earn again.
