Recently, I just got a very nice HP printer at a discounted price through its SmartBro retention promo. Moreover, payment mode is installment. I could pay it in a period of twelve months. I also applied for Smart’s Gold Lite Plan last June. Imagine, you could have a postpaid plan by just presenting your ID. Simply amazing. Moreover, the rates are really affordable. Smart to Smart calls are only P2 per minute. Plan 300 even comes with free SMS thus you really get your money’s worth.
What is making me stay with Smart is really its service. I am sure that I would be connected anytime anywhere in the real sense of the word.

As of Smart’s customer service, I think that Smart provides the best service compared with any other company. It has a dedicated 24/7 Hotline, *888. All of the people there are polite and knowledgeable. There are also other mediums where you could get in touch with Smart. You could also send an e-mail to them.
And… of course, the billing department, the ones that would call you when you have a dispute, rest assured that they are there to help and to educate so that whatever it is that you could be disputing would be resolved and would not happen again.
