Fiber is good for the body. They say that for you to be able to lose weight and have a good digestive system, you should include more fiber in your diet. They also say that fiber give you the sense of being full thus you tend to eat less. One of my office mates said that from now on, she will just eat camote. Is it true that camote or sweet potato a complete food? I tried searching the net for insoluble fiber. I found glucomannan. It looks like gabi or sweet potato. Maybe it is a relative. I read that insoluble fiber is better because the body excretes it thru bowel. It means that you eat something but your body does not absorb it. Magic?
