Because of too much stress, I gave in. I ate a lot or have been eating a lot for the past two days. I have to indulge. I have to eat chocolates. I have to drink soda. Forget about tuna first! You see our cupboard, full of canned tuna. After this or if I survive this, then I need the best diet aids. Tuna, crackers, oatmeal, etc.. Hey, why did I write about food? What about exercise? Okay then, exercise.
