I lost one pound! Yes, that is 3500 calories as the books say. I am very happy. It has been almost a month of eating not normally. well, I miss a lot of food already. I would like to eat adobo, fried chicken, lechon, cake, ice cream and other foods I usually eat. However, I am still very big! My drem of becoming sexy this summer is very far from reality yet. Thus, I keep on searching for the best diet plan for me. I have gone so many articles in the net. I saw one article and that is at super pump 250 reviews. This time, it is low protein diet and not much muscle exertion. The one I am trying right now is based on low calorie intake diet. It is hard, you know. I actually decided to modify it and just eat whenever I am hungry. This is the result, one pound loss! Thus, I guess, no modifications!
