Rejoice belly fat!

Would you believe me if I would tell you that every morning one of my routines is to stand in front of the mirror and asks myself on how to get rid of belly fat? Yes, I touch or the correct word is grab(?) the belly fat of about five inches or more. My friend said that what I might need is a tummy tuck. I am trying to lose weight by not eating and it seems not effective because the moment I filled in my stomach again, the weight comes back. I know, exercise is the solution. Oh, lazy me in doing the walk and the sit ups. So, my belly fat, rejoice that you will stay here with me for a much longer time, I guess. ;)
