Fruit diet

They say that fruits are natural fat burners. I think that is why there is the fruit diet. Yesterday, we ate out at an eat-all-you-can restaurant in the city. I feasted on watermelon and papaya. I noticed that one of my friends seemed not enjoying it as much as I did. I asked her why. According to her, the fruit diet that she tried years ago made her shy away from watermelon. Yes, she chose this fruit for her diet. Well, why not? It is more of water.
