Working in a very stressful environment can cause the Big C. We have concluded that because I work in a very stressful one. Many of my office mates have gone in and out of the hospital already because of certain conditions. It is really hard to pinpoint the culprit when it is unseen, right? Unlike some forms of diseases that by the name itself, you can already tell the cause like asbestos cancer. By its name, we know that it is caused by asbestos. With that, we know how to avoid it. Do not let ourselves be exposed to that harmful material. What about stress? How can we avoid it? Sometimes, even having fun can cause some hidden stress. You know, going out and being up until the wee hours in the morning. That would really mean a lot of physical stress!
