I am excited for Saturday! My friend is hosting a garden party! According to her, she will flaunt the GrillsDirect.com weber grill. Wow! I am full of envy! Well, first I wanted a garden and second, I wanted a grill bar too, of sort. For my place right now, that would not really be possible. Maybe when we have constructed the third floor or the roof top as my son is requesting. Well, he wants a garden too with plants and his favorite animals.

Moving to a St. Louis Real Estate Property

Work hard and invest your money. You can never go wrong with real estate. I plan to buy a house and lot and a condo for our shelter. A vacation house is also in the line up of properties I want to buy. I am inspired by my co-worker who recently purchased a big lot and put 4 apartments unit in it. That is a good thing about social networking sites –you can post all your achievements with graphics for free! My previous co-worker who received a big sum of money after resigning from our company made sure that the money that she got will go to something really useful and even generate income since she does not have a job anymore. Well, she and her husband did a great job by purchasing that property with a big house and lot with four door apartment! Much more, it is strategically located!

As of me, I really want something like any of the St Louis real estate properties! Oh, if you would go to their site, you would be impressed and would like to live and relocate to St. Louis. What do I look for in a community? School, church, market, hospital and recreation! Perfect, is it not?

It Is Popcorn Time

It is weekend once again and it is, Popcorn time! Well, for us, as my son always ask for a popcorn whenever we sit down for some home movies. Don’t you love eating popcorn? It is like a comfort food for us already, right? Do you want it plain, with cheese or our favorite, caramel popcorn? Pop, pop, pop! Whether at home or at the actual movie house, surely, you will grab a bag of popcorn, right? That is why, there is no movie house without a popcorn snack stand. You do not line up only for the movie tickets but also for that bag or two of popcorn. Maybe that was where my son got the idea that whenever we will watch a film, there has to be a bowl of that great snack! Just like last night, there was a good movie and I decided to watch it, my son asked, “Mommy, where is the popcorn?”

Another great news for popcorn is it its health benefit! Yes, this snack is a healthy snack! Read some diet tips and you will see that there are advises to just replace your heavy snacks with popcorn and nuts. I mentioned this because I am on a big diet!

Anyways, enjoy your weekend, folks! I have to go to the groceries and refill our popcorn stock!

A housewarming gift

This September, my friend Mems will have their house warmed by friends! Oh, yes, house warming! She and her husband were not able to invite us in the house blessing because it was exclusively a family affair. Now, it is time for their friends to raid their house! We are excited to go there especially to see the entertainment area! Actually, it is Romer’s abode! Anyways, I asked them if they are complete with s video cables for plug-ins and all. They are not really sure if that is what it is called. Nevertheless, I just found a housewarming gift for them. Yes, video cables!

I know a family of electricians who needs to level up in terms of installation the electrical system in a particular establishment or say, start at their own home. Well, believe it or not but when you go to their house, there are lots of unorganized wires and no protection at all. I told my friend once that wire covers are already invented.

One time, I visited their house again and I see no black cables hanging everywhere anymore. Good thing, he listened.

Nature feel

August is almost here! Cold nights as it is rainy season here in our country. We are somewhat afraid because there might be floods that ruined some of our things before. No worries now because we already have our second floor. Still lots of things to fix and things to buy. We do not have a bed there yet. I want everything new since it is a new part of the house. How about log furniture for a bedroom? I think it will be nice. Well, the view from the window is all green and wood furniture will match the nature feel.

Fill the tub

Conserve water and avoid or prevent mosquitoes? That is what I am thinking as I am deciding on purchasing hot tub covers. Well, not for us as we do not have a tub yet but for my cousin who loves hot tub baths! I also have a goddaughter who will be having her birthday this July 10 and she loves bathing also. The problem is when there is no ample water supply thus, by having a tub cover, they can fill the tub with water ahead of time so that it is always ready to plunge on.

Would you believe that our sofa or sala set has been with us for eight years now? To think that it went through sun, rain and even the most disastrous flood here in our country. The upholstery fabric used for that must have been really of good quality,huh! That is why, as I am searching for a new living room set, that is one of the criteria besides the design and the comfort.

It is very hot here in our country right now. It feels like I am going to explode as I entered our house. I asked my husband to open the door as it is cold outside. Oh, if only I have a wooden swing set then I could stay outside for a while and have some fresh air. I could just relax there and even bond with my husband. You know, created good conversation under the moonlight.

Broken bidet

8AM! MY stomach was growling. Oh, I have not taken anything yet since 7AM. Well, I usually have my morning coffee before going to the office but that is at 6AM. No, I am not particular with the tie, really! Anyways, I decided to drink a glass of water. Oh, afterward, I realized that I have to do one of the other morning routine besides coffee. So, I went to our bathroom. Yesterday, I thought that there was just an obstruction in water supply for the bidet but today, it is confirmed that it is broken. Oh, no! Oh, yes! Well, would you believe that my son uses the bidet when taking a bath? The shower knob is too high for him to reach that is why. Now that the bidet is broken, I do not know what he has to say. He is still sleeping soundly besides his Dad. I do not to wake them up both to settle the broken bidet issue, or I might just start to ruin this Saturday morning. Anyways, done with the other routine and now for my coffee as I write this post.
