Game, finance, laptop

It is almost 3AM here and I am still awake. No, I am not doing any jobs in finance that would require me to stay up this late. I just finished or should I say too a break from playing my son’s favorite computer game as of the moment. Have you heard about plants versus Zombies? Sounds creepy, huh!

Seriously, I think I missed my calling with regard to that. You know, the career path that I should have followed. Well, I am working right now at the billing department even though I am not an accountant. They say that I am good in Math. I would like to believe that I am good in counting anything with a monetary sign! Ha,ha,ha!

I really have to go to bed or this laptop would explode. Would you believe that I am working here at the floor? Our air conditioning unit is not yet installed thus I have to make the laptop touch the floor with one desk fan to keep it cool.

I was able to attend one of the corporate parties sponsored by our sales department. Wow, it was really big! The theme was elite and there were very important guests. It was the launch of a new service. During the program, the President of the company spoke of the importance of the sales department bringing in profit to the company. Logically, if there are no sales, then it means no profit, right? That is why; the people from that group are pampered also in terms of salaries and benefits. I could say that they are the ones who have bigger salaries. That is because besides their fixed regular monthly pay, they have clothing allowance, monthly allowance for client calls and the commission!
