All kids are adorable

The cute chubby little boy in front of me really made my day more sunny! In a positive way of course! He made me smile! Of course, I did not show it because the mother might not like it. Other parents do not like their kids to be the object of enjoyment of others. Maybe they feel violated and sometimes take it as other people are making fun of their kids. You know, when all would started looking at their kids and would giggle and would blurt out, cute, cute, so adorable! Then, others would blurt out, FAT! In Tagalog, ang taba taba! Well, people now are sensitive about everything that involves being overweight. Even in small kids, it is not that acceptable anymore. I think it is a good thing because usually, children are also not spared by weight related diseases.

Anyways, going back… the kid was really cute. I did not sleep during commuting and just looked at him. Kids are really adorable no matter how they look. All kids are adorable.

Lifestyle change

I am getting cranky these days. Well, that maybe due to lack of sleep or am I really getting older? Yes, I will be a year older this April. Do I need to take hgh supplements already? I think I need to start taking vitamins. I need to review my lifestyle too, I guess. First step, learn to control myself especially the addiction with computer games that makes me stay awake even up to 4AM!

Do not forget your vitamins

When I was about to pregnant, I really prepared. I ate lots of fruits and never forgot to take all the prenatal vitamins that the doctor gave me. Thus, I was able to give birth to a very healthy boy! I wonder what would be the effects of prenatal vitamins if you are going to take it even if you are not pregnant? Would you be eating more? Would you have more resistance to any kind of infection or any disease? I am just asking. I know that I could still take those vitamins if I want to because those would definitely help.

All pregnant women out there, do not forget to take your vitamins!

Survey says…

I watched the local version of Family Feud yesterday. I just wanted to see the Aquino family play with the Fantastic Four- the four honor guards… Anyways, the show was quite boring until Kris Aquino stepped in to thank Dingdong Dantes for his help for Noynoy Aquino’s infommercial or should I say campaign TV AD?

This thought just came to my mind while I was watching the show. During my commute last Friday, there were two College girls in their school uniforms sitting not so far from me. The one nearest to me was carrying a big plastic see through container on her lap. The contents were peeled fruits! Yummy! Funny, she put out a fork, opened the container and offered half small peeled apple to her companion. Diet? For me, it is not a diet or a balanced diet at all nor a cut in calorie intake. Why? That was a basket of peeled fruits! I saw around four apples, two pieces of guavas, three oranges and two other unrecognizable fruit.

Funny! I just thought that if there would be a survey on the usual New Year’s resolution, dieting or loosing weight would definitely land a spot on that board! It is very good though. Just like in the office, there is a diet craze and that includes me! ;)

Diet with food

So, I am on a diet, huh! Yes, I am! My husband is very supportive. He went to the grocery store and saw this one week diet food pack. He said that I might consider it together with some diet supplements. I really do not know yet. I have to see it first. I guess, I will just eat right and do more physical activities because that is what I need, EXERCISE!

I tried some diet pills before and some worked for me. However, I do not like the idea of not eating at all.

My mom's foot

My mother sent me a text message yesterday. She was asking for help to buy medicines for her eczema. I am really sad because I know how painful it could be and it does not look good. She could not even hide it because it is located on her feet. Wearing closed shoes would aggravate the condition. I just hope that it will disappear real soon.

My sister got that skin condition from our mother. Luckily, I did not. However, I have to ask the dermatologist about my flaky eyebrows and scalp. Related?

Lots of fluid and fiber

I am reading a lot about a very sensitive condition. Do you know anything about natural cure for hemorrhoids? My friend finally agreed for the doctor to check her inside for this dreaded condition. Luckily, she does not have it yet. She only has attacks of bleeding when her monthly visitor is about to come or when she is really stressed out. The doctor advised her to eat foods that do not cause constipation and drink lots of fluid. Fiber intake should be increased too.

My son needs a dentist

My son has a problem with his bite. According to my friend, this early, we should already get a dental appointment. Our kiddo might need a chin cup so that the problem could be corrected. I am planning to make an appointment with our family dentist by next week. I hope that his clinic is still located at the place where we used to go when we were still young. Yes, the dentist that I am talking about is already old. He is the friend of my Mom. I trust him because his hands are very light. Who could question the experts, right? I always like to go to the veterans. Moreover, I could get dental discounts and usually, the service is for free. What are friends for? :) Kidding aside, I really trust Uncle Boy. Yes, that is his name. He extracted most of my decayed teeth. I only went to three dentists in my whole life. They were the following:1. Our school dentist in the province during my elementary days. 2. Uncle Boy. 3. Our company dentist.

My husband was kidding if Uncle Boy could still perform given his age. I think he is on his 60’s already. Well, his son is also a dentist. I do not have to worry about it. I am sure that his son is also as good as him.

What is wrong with breast implants? As long as it would not be hazardous to one’s health. It is the talk of the town right now! Everybody has the right to be beautiful and be healthy.

Women would always like to look pretty and fit. I do not know any woman who does not want to be sexy. I, myself would like to have that coca cola body!

Doctor, doctor I am sick

My friend has signs of becoming a hypochondriac. She is obsessed to know How to Cure diseases and what are the causes. Is it a good thing or a bad thing? With the popular virus going around these days in the name of H1N1, I observed that many people are becoming aware or conscious about their health. Count me in! I got wet in the rain yesterday because I did not bring my umbrella when we went for lunch. I thought it would not rain because it was real sunny. But it rained. I could feel the cold in my back that I had to remove my blouse. I used my friend’s shawl and put on my blazer. After an hour or two, I started sneezing and felt a slight headache. Oh, no! I do not want to catch a flu. I went to the clinic and asked the nurse if she could give me something to prevent any kind of sickness to happen. She said that I just have to drink lots of water and start taking vitamins.
