Did you know that I love reading? That was before? I could still remember that time when my late Dad told me to practice reading. In our house before, we have four broadsheets and two tabloids. Imagine that! To think that, the headlines of all those newspapers are all the same! Anyways, that helped me. I could still hear my Dad, ” so that your vocabulary will be improved.” I think I was only seven to nine years old then. That started my love for reading. I read anything. Magazines, comics, any book, I might read!

Anyways, with the advent of internet and e-books, my love affair with reading is somehow affected. I do not read much anymore. But, I would love to get back. They say that for you to write more, speak better, you have to read more.

So, what catches my attention nowadays? Still, anything under the sun. Just like a while ago, I just caught a glimpse of Admissions Registration Clerk Jobs! Yes, a job! I browsed thru some resumes since I could not find a wiki link at once. I realized that I can actually apply for the job. I think I can do it because I am friendly and love paper work!

One of the things that a person must have is a paying job. That is why, people tend to flock to the cities thinking that there are more opportunities there. Others might even go to other countries for the so called “greener pasture”. Definitely, there is nothing wrong with that. Every soul has the right to become successful and attain his goal by working hard for it.

How hard is it to look for work? Out of the blue I thought of columbus jobs. Very impressive line up of available jobs for me. There are so to choose from like Call Center Representative, Legal Secretary, Voice Engineer, Project Manager III – Roadway/Structures, IT BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST and so many more. I just enlisted those jobs that I have some inclination or I have been to.

Here in our country, many high school graduates have this mindset of having jobs in healthcare in the future. That is the reason why nursing , physical therapy, medical technology and other allied medical courses are in demand. Besides IT and computer courses, taking up the most popular course which is nursing is the usual scenario during opening of classes in College freshman year. Would you believe that even those people who have already graduated from non-allied medical courses do take up nursing as their second degree. My friend who works at a hospital told me that they have interns who are more than 40 years old. Now, that gave me some hope. Yes, I want to pursue a medical profession too and I am already turning 38.

I am thinking if I just went to a medical assisting school, will I be able to land a better job? They say that one of the most stable jobs are those that are inside the hospital. There is really a good future ahead of you once you decide to wear that white uniform. Speaking of uniforms, I observed that you do not see all white in hospitals or any other medical institutions anymore. The nurses in particular, are now in colorful scrub suits. Maybe that is to make them look more friendly and make the atmosphere itself a little lighter. That is good for me.

It is almost 3AM here and I am still awake. No, I am not doing any jobs in finance that would require me to stay up this late. I just finished or should I say too a break from playing my son’s favorite computer game as of the moment. Have you heard about plants versus Zombies? Sounds creepy, huh!

Seriously, I think I missed my calling with regard to that. You know, the career path that I should have followed. Well, I am working right now at the billing department even though I am not an accountant. They say that I am good in Math. I would like to believe that I am good in counting anything with a monetary sign! Ha,ha,ha!

I really have to go to bed or this laptop would explode. Would you believe that I am working here at the floor? Our air conditioning unit is not yet installed thus I have to make the laptop touch the floor with one desk fan to keep it cool.
